We decided to take a trip to the airshow on the weekend. We haven't been to an airshow in years and with the boys loving planes, we figured it would be a fantastic way to spend the day!
The static display was fantastic! There were so many planes and helicopters to tour that the kids didn't know where to start! We enjoyed some delicious food (poutine!!) and sat back to watch the flying. Goodness some of those planes were awesome! I was super impressed by how much the kids knew about planes (and that they weren't completely distracted by the bouncy castles!).
Though the temps were rather high, we managed to make it through to the end of the show with smiles on our faces! The kids didn't realize just how much fun it would be to attend. I'd say it was a successful day!
