There was this fabric at a local store that I had been eyeing for quite sometime. By the time I finally went to purchase it, there was only a little bit left on the bolt (that's what I get for waiting for it to go on sale!).
I just loved it though, so I bought what was left without knowing if there would be enough for the project I had planned to use it for. I got home, measured it out and sure enough, I would be short by quite bit. I didn't want to toss/sell this fabric, because I truly did love it, but I just didn't know what to make with it.
That was up until yesterday. I have an idea......I'll keep you posted!
do you use madras fabrics?
Do you love it as much as I do? I'm not quite sure what it is that pulls me in, but I do love it. I think it might be an acquired taste....

I love madras fabric. This would make a nice picnic blanket, if only you had enough. Maybe a swim/beach tote? Can't wait to see what you make with it!!!
